SPIDER GUARD PASS USING THE FOOT ON THE BICEPS


1. Keep the posture of the guard pass, with one leg on front of the other and holdin the opponent paints closer to the knee...


2. ... change your hand and leave the opponents grip...


3. ...Use your free hand to hold the opponents paint on the other side...


4. ... with a pull in diagonal plays the opponent's leg inside of him, and with one
palace in diagonal walks for the lateral of your opponent looking for the passage...


5. ...enter with the knee in the belly marking the opponent's thigh to avoid that he restores the guard...



6. ...finish the technique with the knee in the belly.

OBS.: VARIATIONS EXIST TO CONCLUDE ON THE CONTRARY IN ARM LOCK TO GO FOR THE KNEE IN THE BELLY,
IT CAN ALSO GO BY THE OTHER SIDE.
